Service Terms and Return Policy

We sell professional services, not physical goods. Once time is delivered and billed, fees are nonrefundable.

Scope

This policy applies to all consulting, development, design, implementation, support, and related services provided by D2C Developers.

No returns or refunds on delivered services

• Hours worked, milestones completed, and fixed-fee phases that have begun are nonrefundable.

• Invoices for delivered work remain due per the payment terms shown on the invoice.

Retainers, deposits, and prepayments

• Retainers and prepayments are applied to future hours.

• Unused balances can be refunded on request within 30 days, minus any work already performed and any nonrecoverable third-party costs you approved.

• Project deposits are nonrefundable once work begins, but will be applied against the final invoice.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or move a scheduled session.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be billed a one-hour minimum or the scheduled block, whichever is smaller.

Quality issues

• If you believe there is a defect or a missed requirement relative to an agreed scope, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• We will review and, if confirmed, correct the issue at no additional charge within a reasonable effort window. New requests or out-of-scope changes are billed normally.

Chargebacks

• Use chargebacks only for fraud. For any service dispute, contact us first. We document time entries, scopes, and approvals and will work to resolve issues quickly.

Third-party fees

• Fees for third-party apps, services, hosting, ads, domains, or licenses are nonrefundable and are your responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

Physical merchandise

If we ever sell physical items, those purchases follow a separate merchandise return policy. This document governs services only.
