MadeCQ needed a product form that aligned with the offer they wanted to present.

A Custom Liquid Subscription & Bundle Widget

We build MadeCQ a custom product form to match their brand and the exact offer they wanted to share with their customers.

This was all accomplished with a single file containing a little bit of fLiquid, CSS, & JS - giving them a product form block they could reuse across the product template and elsewhere as needed without impacting any source code in their theme.

The Results
